Tulum is about one hour and 45 minutes from Cancun and then Coba is another 45 minutes from tulum. You can easily do Tulum in the morning and then Coba in the afternoon. There were about 20 of us in the tour group, and we had ample time at each location/activity. The tequila tasting was some of the best tequila I've ever had, and you can't find it in the US.
