This specifc breed of Starlight Green is from Hoover Hatchery and is a cross between a Praire Bluebell Egger and a brown egg chicken. I found an image that I will post from Hoover of what the Praire Bluebell eggers look like. Our two have ended up looking really close to this image. Here is our journey!

I ordered 2 Starlight Green, ( AND 2 Prairie Bluebells and 3 Easter Egger, Aspen Spitzenhauser, Buckeye, ISA Brown, etc.) from Hoover Hatchery. When they came yesterday, I was really surprised to see wing feathers on them (clearly 1-2 day old chicks).However, Blue Andalusians aren’t suitable table birds because their carcasses yield less meat.
