I did it online, and now it says submitted for review, but apparently I need to go to an FFL or MDSP barrack to complete it and pay for it? Can somebody help? I filled mine out online. Then when I went to by a gun. I gave the FFL the info from online. They took the money for the 77R and finished the request. On the 8th day I picked up my pistol.
