My spidey sense is telling me that SmartFares is a booking site to avoid. cost of changing flights: $100 to $200 USD SmartFares service fee + airline change fee + the increase in airfare price.This would be my only negative comment. I couldnt speak to anyone. However after messaging a non person about changing my flight to the day before i think i got a real person. They then sorted out my mistake very efficiently. Be careful with this thou as that mistake and a change of booking cost me $329. Whoops.Reading the bad reviews I was very suspicious about booking my flight through budgetair.co.uk but it turns out to be a very smooth purchase. Received the confirmation in minutes without any problem. If no problem occurs during check-in, budgetair.co.uk will be my first choice for my future flights. Date of experience: 31 January 2024

Inbound flight was hell..prevented to board a flight due to a 5 minute excess in transit time for the next flight. No notifications, no email whatsoever as a reminder.Several prices for the same flight were presented. The budgetair.com price was over $200 less PER PERSON than the airline (WestJet) price. The savings were about $1,000 (17% off)! I took the chance and booked with budget air. THEN I started to read their reviews. 90% of the reviews are awful.

I'm thinking to book the flight via BudgetAir, but for me it's for the fist time booking with them and I'm not sure if it's worth to take a chance with them on a 400€ plane...The whole booking experience was seamless and hassle-free. BTW the premier fee BudgetAir charged R/G tickets changing and cancelation fee waived is totally misleading. It is not true for tickets situation, it is only for web vender. This company is fraud. This company is fraud. They sold me a ticket at £378. Couple of hours later exact same ticket is being sold at £225. No customer service to speak to, extremely unhelpful chat customer service. You can not speak to customer services. Reviews here say alot but they are still functioning.
