Try to get 4 extra tier 2 inferium seeds (so 5 total) or 2 stacks or inferium - whichever comes first. Get 32 prudentium, by either uncrafting the 4 extra tier 2 inferium seeds or converting the two stacks of inferium. Once you have that, get 5 sand and get 5 of the hellish matter from earlier. Craft these together to get 20 soul sand.
