How to unpause devices on xfinity without app.
Closed. My Macbook pro on Ventura OS is getting the "this device is paused" message when trying to use the internet. However, when I check the app it is not showing as paused. I have forgotten the network on my computer and my device off the Xfinity app. Power Cycled both (restarted) and reconnected but still got the same message.

Jul 18, 2021 · After I connected the new modem and activated it, I signed into the Xfinity app (also tried going to the Xfinity website with my tablet) to unpause the desktop PC. Well, it’s not there. The new modem doesn’t acknowledge the desktop PC is being paused. So now I can’t unpause the desktop because it was being paused by the old modem.

If this issue is still occurring, please check for available app updates in the Google Play or Apple Store. Please let us know here if this issue continues to affect you afterwards.
