A Wither Blade isn't absolutely necessary for F7 (it is nice to have if you have coin), Spirit Sceptre is fine. You are going to need Cata 28. Also I suggest putting your Tuning Points on Speed so you clear faster. I recently bought a setup for f7 using 3/4 storm with shadow goggles, but I feel a little squishy so I was wondering if there are any substitutions that won't drastically decrease my mana or damage that I could choose. (I am cata 25 but won't be doing f7 till I am cata 26 or 27) Use a Legendary sheep lv 50+ (5 starred) and make sure your shadow goggles are also 5 starred. It is important to have cata 15+ before attempting F7. In conclusion, mage is a powerful class in Ironman and can be a lot easier to play with the right gear and mod setup. This set along with the Adaptive Armor set are probably the best armor sets you can go for a budget Berserker setup.
