HM&M used to only be available in the Movies Extra Pack (formally called the HD Extra Pack). A couple years ago DirecTV managed to get an agreement from the channel owner to also add it to 4 packages; Select, Entertainment, Preferred Xtra (different from Xtra), and Premier. The agreement doesn't allow it to be in any other package at this time.
