Best data center reit.
A reader recently asked what price I would consider buying Digital Core REIT. Off the top of my head, I said, low $0.70s – which works out to a 6% forward yield. Well, this week, Digital Core REIT hit a low of $0.715. A 42% plunge in just 6 months. That’s 0.82x book value, and a 6% FY2023 yield. Almost unheard of for a data center REIT.
