As above im hoping someone can give me a quick run down how to handle the seeds of power quest. All the guides for it online are based on having met the elf lady in act 1, getting the spore ability from eating the magister etc but I missed that part. Seed of power question. So I helped Daeyena out in fort joy, but I never got the guantlets from her. In the black pits I didn't get the corrupted spore, so I can't get the guantlets either (yet). So i just have the chest piece. I've read that you eventually have to fight her, is it ok if I just kill her at reapers coast?

After kill 4 wizards the fight close and Advocate will not appear until you kill the Destroyer (the last one). So you can speak to the tree, prepare the battlefield, do other stuff. Then just kill Destroyer in the outside. Advocate then will appear near the tree and you can choose to talk to him to close the quest.
