Revit architecture forum.

There are tons of schedule in the model and it is hard to tell which ones are needed. I'm not seeing any easy way, since there's no prompt when you delete a schedule that is on a sheet. Only thing I can think of is to expand the sheets and right click/rename any schedules that are on it with something to get it to sort to the top.What we've learned: 1. Keep the Structural model in a completely separate Revit file and link it into your model. It is hell to separate them inside the same file. But, I use it because for simple drawings, it is a good money maker. I have done pretty well with it over the years and have learned a lot of my own workarounds. Idealy IMO Struct would own the structural portion of the wall and Arch would own the finishes. Structural will use Floors for everything (floors can have cut profiles), Arch Roof sits on top of the Struct Floor. Same for floors. Struct own the floor and Arch puts another on top for finishes.The "Assembled" stair doesn't have the Graphics as they are separate symbols... You cannot use those symbols on a "Stair by Sketch" which is what the other stair is, hence the Graphics tab.
