If the mic is connected to your computer, then yes you can use the QC45 wirelessly. You’ll just have to select QC45 as the output device and the boom mic as the input device. Make sure to disable the QC45 mic as well so the computer doesn’t try to default to that. if anything is plugged into the 3.5mm input then BT turns off.

Those are two different speaker classes and the Mini II is much larger, and heavier, than the micro. But, for its size category, the micro is the best sounding speaker. It blows speaker of similar size from JBL and Sony out of the water.
The max definitely sounds better than the Bose but the Bose are noticeable lighter. The Max will be my home go to headphones and the Pros will be my on the go earphones. The Bose will remain as my travel headphones. I also have QC35 and yes Airpods Max definitely sounds better and got more bass.
