I've tried several settings to try and get a pre-market scanner to work (including ensuring the "EXT" box is checked), but every morning before the bell in all of the scans I use they show "0%" as the % change for all ticker symbols. It's not until the bell rings at 9:30 that the % change column reflects real values.
