Yup. The new comfort suspension kills the drop. My MYP 2023 has the same clearance and wheel gap as my brother's 2020 MYLR if that answers your question. Tesla rep just called me and said he has to check but he thinks the suspensions for all 2023 model Y's are now the newer suspension set up.

Our current lease on my wife’s Tacoma was $14,500 for 39 months and 39K miles, the Tesla with a similar capitalized cost shows a stronger residual value but that lease costs $6K more for 36 months and 30K miles. Its all about the vavle, then materials. The Ohlins DFV is a better valve, and costlier materials, however the KW valve ain't bad and their coils will last 10x longer in salty conditions. Some distinction, Ohlins is a dual height adjustable but technically it cannot use the full travel because of the vehicles battery.

In that travel it also induces up to 10bar at the master cylinder (shown in vehicle service menu) making the brakes feel very 'touchy'. My M3P almost doesnt have that soft travel zone at all. You have to apply a bit of pressure to induce 10bar.The model 3 does not qualify for the proposed bill.
