Heritage Rough Rider. I bought a 22 caliber Heritage Rough Rider that came with both cylinders for $129. The 22 LR cylinder worked perfectly but the WMR cylinder had issues. I called Heritage and they sent me a new WMR cylinder at no cost to me. I’m very happy with their customer service.I have also shot 22mag with this, and it handles it just fine. I was more impressed when I purchased a Chiappa version with a 12 inch barrel. The Chiappa shoots great, but looks and feels like a toy gun. The Rough Rider looks and feels like a big brand gun. Shot the RR 1st time yesterday and its very accurate.

I have a heritage rough rider with an odd issue. When these two blackstrap screws by trigger guard are properly screwed in and tight, the hammer likes to stick and not feel smooth. When I loosen the screws the hammer runs perfectly. ... That’s not an issue but designed that way, no need to torque stuff down beyond spec.

I shoot 22mag in a couple of my rifles, so I bought cylinders, so all 3 have both. The Heritage Rough Rider is a good single action revolver. I've shot over 3000 rounds through mine with not one hiccup. It is fairly accurate, mechanically sound and very affordable. There is nothing special about a HRR. It functions. It fires .22 bullets. They hit close to where the gun is aimed. The gun will last for a while.
