Sometimes it will take 10 minutes to reset so you can start the car with your good key. TL;DR: 2010 Cobalt is having intermittent issues starting. No rhyme or reason for what's causing it, or fixing it. Dealer has already diagnosed it once (found nothing), and now want me to pay for a new diagnosis each time this happens.
