Gmc acadia not starting after getting gas.

It would crank for a while and give up after 5-7seconds or so, then I would crank it again it it would barely fire up.... I usually get down to about 1/4 - 1/8 tank of gas then fill it up all the way.

Jun 13, 2018 · I have a 2012 Acadia Denali that was experiencing the same issue rpm fluctuation under load. Thinking it was a gas/air mixture issue I tried swapping coils, spark plugs, cleaning gas tank, and cleaning the throttle body. It helped, but did not resolve the issue. There were no engine lights so I had nothing to go on. 4. Water in Fuel Line. Condensation can build up in the gas tank as temperatures change. If the condensation finds its way into your GMC Acadia’s fuel line, it can freeze and leave the engine unable to turn over.
