I thought only hatchlings were marked as cursed. I have done runs with pistols and not had scavs treat me any different from other players. you need atleast 1 extra mag with pistol runs. if you dont have extra mags you will be tagged and cursed. and ofc you have to have ammo in the mags. 1.
