My DM told me Rxom is guaranteed 40 hours, in workflow 36 hours and 4 hours for administrative. We made our schedule, so we can take time off the workflow to check other things. Walgreens can be a tough place to work so being able to take care of my staff and help them succeed in a difficult environment is pretty fulfilling. Sometimes it can be stressful but it's always what you make of it. If you like to work hard and perform at a high level for your team and personal pride it's not too bad.
