I did setup controls for each pad chooising Custom --> Pro Controller Tab for three player and I mapped configuration using different pad for diffferent players. I hit "Use Docked Mode" too. I don't know how to describe it properly but I hope you get my point. In short, controls are all mixed up. I'm using Yuzu Early Access 698.
