OP is asking about “Nagakiba” which is the super long katana that Yura uses. You can either kill Yura to get it early or you can wait till he gets killed by his ex lover(?) Eleonara, in Altus Plateau. The church that you get “Eleonaras Poleblade” is where Yura dies naturally in his quest line, so that’s where his Nagakiba will be.
