Trading is risky. You will not want to put your actual money to trade on a new platform. I think Tradovate’s simulation tool is a good on-boarding environment where you don’t spend a penny of your money while testing the platform. You can study Tradovate to get familiar with the platform and simulate your trading using real-time market data.You can code forms. They have object oriented Easy Language (their proprietary platform language). They have tablet app for trades. They have a web page you can trade. They have a web api (haven't used it or know if its any good). Their forum for asking for help is pretty good, but it logs you out after 20 or 30 minutes which is annoying as hell. Although we may argue that Tradovate’s platform needs to be updated to minimize problems, we can’t dismiss the vast majority of good evaluations for the service. Sounds like for TradingView traders are better off using AMP versus Tradovate which integration has hiccups now and then.
