Ford 3000 draft control adjustment.

I have a Ford 3000, and I have broken the draft control (touch control) arm off while backing. I need to replace it since I cannot raise and lower the brush cutter without it. I have searched for it on the internet, and I have called the local NH dealer. I cannot seem to find it.Welcome to the tractor forum. I have a Ford 3600, which is very similar to your 2600. On my tractor, when the draft control lever (inner lever) is in the full up position, the lift is in the full up position, and the position control lever has no affect. See attached diagram. The biggest thing I found was that the draft position lever was out of adjustment (about 50% off). Adjusted per the I&T manual. Flushed the system with some diesel to clean it out, changed the o-rings / gaskets, adjusted the draft position linkage, primed the hydraulic pump and it works great.
