Anthem is so much better than Kaiser. I have a Blue Shield Platinum PPO and it's great, the coverage is phenomenal and the freedom to pick your providers is great. My girlfriend has Kaiser, and has been very disappointed with the coverage and service she gets, and what facilities she can go to. I would highly recommend a Blue Shield PPO.
