I guess that when you scan it the second time it modify the data stored in the NFC tag, so Cemu should be able to do it with your backup file. If so, you can use the "new" file in Botw.

That's irrelevant, you won't be able to rescan the same Amiibo regarless in BoTW because it resets every 24h based on the Wii-U's internal clock, if you notice, the save games are always the same day so BoTW will keep thinking 24hrs havent passed and you won't be able to reuse the same amiibo. 3.3) Extract the ZIP file you downloaded and run the BOTW.exe file as administrator. 4) Click on Scan Memory at the top left and wait for it to finish.
