I appreciate the information; thank you. I'll double-check, but I think that means the basic Protovyre Ephemera is bugged, as I've been running around with a max Rhino P with a lens in it, but my progress on the Appearance screen says I've earned 0 progress toward evolution.

The armor you need to kill 95 sentients for the 2nd tier and then about 375 for the last one, the syndana I think it’s collect aya or relics and the ephemera is like 125k focus just for tier 2.
