They are one a of handful of reputable online ticket sale middlemen and I would not hesitate to buy a ticket through them. Yes I've purchased from there. Also have purchased on tickpick.com which has no fees.

VividSeats has a nice seat view option, so i usually look up the seat view on VividSeats and purchase through MegaSeats.
