IIRC, guild XP is 200% of Conquest points, so for every Conquest point you earn you get two guild XP. If your guild is less than a week old then you will have to wait before you can start earning guild XP. If over a week then just do anything that earns Conquest points. The more Conquest points you earn the more guild XP you will earn.

Note that you will only be able to do this with the actual Guild Master character. Also, make sure you log your GM character in at least once every 30 days, or the leadership will automagically pass to someone else in the guild. It really depends on which planet you are trying to get off of. If its a starter planet they are a confusing. If you are over level 10, use your fleet pass.
