Mar 13, 2018 · I noticed a similar problem with my 2017 CR-V shortly after delivery last year. The remote start would work inconsistently. The dealer traced it to a balky sensor. The sensor woulld not consistently reister that the hood was closed. I believe the dealer replaced the hood latch sensor and that solved the problem. Not open for further replies.
