If you are using WiFi you may also find this light comes on if the WiFi connection is lost. They change to white when the connection is re-established. Signal Strength LED. Reboot the Stream TV Box with the following steps: Push the TiVo button on the Stream TV remote to get to the Home Screen. Push LEFT button to get the Menu option. Select Device Settings from the Settings menu. Select Device Preferences. Scroll all the way to the bottom and select Reboot. Select Reboot again.
If you upgraded from stretch to buster then you should see start4.elf and fixup4.dat in the boot partition. My Tivo V6 box has 3 lights: The Power/Status light to the right of the Virgin infinity symbol and two small lights to the left of the infinity symbol. One of the smaller lights is a WiFi symbol so I don't expect that one to light up as it is not connected to WiFi. I don't know what the other small light is for.
