Start GAMMA through the created shortcut > Activate the GAMMA profile mods > Start the game as to have the shaders folder in appdata created > delete the folder > new character (?) > works. I did not run the cfg_load grading_warm command. Oh and when in the ModOrganizer, I run the game from Anomaly (DX11-AVX). Best of luck :)

Haven't played myself but from what I've read there, traders aren't meant to buy or sell guns or armors in that modpack, as part of the theme of the mod is a greater reliance on the repair and survival systems built in.
