If you aren’t familiar the Ruger Security 9 was released in late 2017 and the intention of the pistol was to replace the Ruger SR series of pistols and the LCP II. The Ruger SR series was later discontinued in 2019 but the LCP series lives on. Possibly call local gun smith. Hold slide. Slam palm onto grip. Repeat. it could be the round stuck that's preventing the slide from moving. If you can press on the extractor (releasing case) while pulling the slide back, you may get it to move. Then it'll be easy to stick a dowel down the barrel and pound it out.
