The dealership allowed me to drive my car as a demo to my home to confirm that the car would have enough clearance to go up my driveway. While driving to my house I realized that I had lost the Eyesight option and was unable to revive the system.

Thanks everyone for the advice! Be sure to clean off all of the sensors and camera lenses. Sometimes when there is a salt layer it messes up the sensors. Just a damp paper towel to each area.
