I live at the Martine Apts off NE 8th St. My leasing office has closed do to COVID. At this time they are unable to have packages delivered to the office. Whoever delivers our mail dumps ALL PACKAGES at the community mail location. They're out in the open, on the ground, on top of the boxes wherever they decide to toss deliveries.
