The screen can only be used for IFit, but my iPad fits in the tablet holder on top of the treadmill for peloton workouts just fine. It does -3 degree decline to 15 incline and up to 12.5 mph speed. Proform is basically the cheaper version of Nordictrack, but both are excellent treadmills made by the same manufacturer.

This is very different though. Almost all treadmills have a rear guard to prevent things getting sucked underneath in the back. This is industry standard for safety, and the ones that don't have very thin rollers that don't grab things.
