Tuesday 14 June 2022 - Capture the Flag 3G 60 Minutes. Today we have Capture the Flag, an Orange Theory signature exercise that has not been undertaken for some time. Capture the flag is a group exercise, where teams of 3 relay through the rower for 22 minutes to set a benchmark distance. Today is a huge amount of fun, and we had a great time.
