Newbie question on loot respawn. I'm new to the game and was reading in a couple of places that loot respawn works roughly as follows. After 1-10 minutes, loot may respawn in that building in empty spots if a player is within 150m of the building when the timer goes off. If the timer goes off when noone is within range, there is no loot respawn. Personally, I carry one 2x2 of canned food (usually canned bacon), one soda, and a stack of chlorine all inside a cooking pot. This allows for one back up food if you get low and still can’t find an animal to hunt. One back up liquid for if you can’t get to water quick enough to purify a pot with chlorine.
