I'm not talking about the usual sore ribs after surfing the first time in a while. I have had it multiple times now where I get a very painful lump on my lower rib cage. Usually I can paddle around ok but if I roll my ribs over this lump, I want to die. Completely fucks my surf up. It's a lump the size of a pee and moves with my skin.
