Linn-Benton Juvenile Detention Center Visiting Hours and Visitation Schedule Linn-Benton Juvenile Detention Center VISITING HOURS. Monday & Wednesday evenings 7:00pm—9:00pm. Saturday & Sunday: 12:30pm-2:30pm and 7:00pm –9:00pm. Parents and guardians may have a visit within the first 24 hours of a juvenile arriving at detention. The Juvenile Detention Center serves primarily Linn County and the Sixth Judicial District. Admissions are accepted upon the authority of the Juvenile Court and/or the arresting jurisdiction. The Juvenile Court Judge, or his/her designee, makes the decision whether to continue to hold a youth in detention, to place elsewhere, or to release. At the approval of youth court officials, youth are allowed to have contact visits from parents, legal guardians, grandparents, and their own child during daily visitation, Sunday – Saturday from 9:00 AM-12:00 PM; 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM or 6:30 – 7:30 PM. Special visitation privileges must be approved in advance by the FCJDC administration.
