Pokemon Games need the Patches for proper work in TWiLight.So you maybe have 3 Choices: - using Cheats means delete the matching .ips Patch (SD:\_nds\TWiLightMenu\apfix) and hope the Game works. - do not use Cheats and the Game works for sure. - use a Flashcard and using Cheats and the Game works for sure. I tried that also, but loaded up to a white screen. This is how I have the files on the SD card. In the Old firmware folder, holds the OG firmware for the card. In the YSMenu folder holds the YSMenu R4 & TTMenu dat files. I have both those folders for backup. Check for new posts.

Once its done, turn off your ds and eject the sdcard and put it on your pc. Now, go into the HIYA CFW Helper folder and execute the program.

DS games are run through the ndsbootstrap which comes packaged with twilight menu. Any other console you start up through twilight menu is using a packaged emulator designed for DS and run through ndsbootstrap.
