I called voicemail as some suggest and go to option 4 and you can turn notification on and off. It is set on. No where else on the phone under settings ( even opened the voicemail app) does it allow you to turn any noitifications on for voicemail. This is disturbing in that I have to keep checking the phone to see if I have a voicemail.
