Answered. I just upgrade heavily for this game and some other. Cemu 1.192d, Vulkan, Async... 16 G Ram, SSD. Intel 3770 -> 4790k (OCed to 4.6Ghz) Nvidia 1070 -> 1080Ti. The game run a lot smoother, I can run 60fps in the field/shrine. But not in towns like Kakariko, it drop to 50fps. I've seen in some reviews and posts cemu BotW running at a solid 60fps on the Ally. The Ally runs about 10-20% faster than the steam deck depending on the game at 15watts(steam deck max I think) and the Ally can go up to 25watts hand held and 30 plugged in. That being said, if you are ok with a 30 FPS game (which is pretty hard once you got a taste of BOTW at 60, 120, or even 175 FPS on CEMU), BOTW is pretty ok on Yuzu and looks good if you add a 2x/3x resolution multiplier and some anisotopic filtering, so I think it's fair to expect a similar experience for TOTK.
