We are fighting our way into the Moonrise prison to free the Tieflings and Gnomes and after one kill she gets the message her oath is broken. I am pretty sure killing torturous, evil cult members who are victimizing the innocent falls under her Vengeance Oath.You can reclaim your oath for 1k gold or you can ignore both sides and move on (tieflings will die on the road) , you can recruit her later in the game (same as siding with her) .
