Goodbye Fidium. After a little over a year of using Fidium 1Gbps fiber internet, I am switching back to cable. Unfortunately, Fidium has not been reliable enough for my needs. Both my wife and I work from home, and we need reliable internet access for our jobs. During the past year, we have had four outages, two of which lasted for four days.

It’s generally solid, with good peering agreements and reliable speed. Fidium has the absolute WORST service ever!!!!! I am going to leave them as they don't really care about my service! Four days down!!!!! ... What's your location and have you removed power from your ONT for 15 min? That will force a full reconnect to Fidium's network and may correct your issue.
