Posted June 18, 2009. yes the 362174 is a gasoline head. the casting number on a propane head is 364586. the 8060 gasoline m head is around 200cc's . the 362174 around 165 cc's and the propane head is around 135 cc's for combustion chamber size.This is an LP Head for a 400, 450 LP. Other models like M and SM fire crater kits used 22 degrees total advance. IH preferred the total advance be set at full RPM and idle advance fall wherever unless the distributor was warn.
