I really love this mod, but one or two of the design decisions really suck. You really shouldn't have to rely on luck to find a quest start point.For some reason the quest glitches if you have too many quests starting at the vault, or even with one. Ran into that problem a long time ago when modding. One trick is to pull the CC items out (unless you got a mod manager that can disable them) along with any startup quest mods.
