My brand new xps 15 9500 won't turn on after being shut down and the orange light in the middle of the lower part of the laptop comes on when the power button is pressed (and stays on for as long as the power button is held). After some random amount of time- 10, 20, 30 minutes it just boots up normally. 2 people also have this problem.
