This barrel uses a Bentz chamber. In my testing, that barrel shot great once you found the right ammo. It really loved RWS R50.

As far as the barrel screws, I torqued them to 5.5 N-m or 48 in-pounds .. Try reducing the action screws to 18 ~ 22 inch pounds. Can't hurt and can always be increased. I've been told by some locals that the CZ MTR barrels are a 50/50 chance of being better than the stock/non MTR chamber heavy barrel on a 457 VPT..... You might get a good one or you might get one that doesn't shoot any better than the regular barrel. And that with the Lilja or 419 Bartlein you're almost guaranteed to see a better group average.
