As the title states, my xbox controller just keeps flashing and wont work no matter what i do. The Controller was plugged in Via USB, batteries were off, and connection was not broken. At around 30% the update stops and said it failed to update. My Controller then started Flashing sequentially, and would not sync with the USB connected. Make sure it is into a wall outlet to make sure it gets the full amount of power it needs. Be sure to unplug the system and wait 2 minutes before re applying it to the wall outlet.
