I got VSP Insurance and imagine my shock when I got new glasses with an in-network VSP provider and still had to pay $400. The last time I paid out of pocket for my glasses, I paid $700 plus. With VSP, I'm still paying $700 plus. So basically there is no difference in my cost between paying out of pocket and making money for VSP.
